Kumihimo


Well this is my first piece with beads!!


I made this a few weeks ago at the Brisbane beading meet where the challenge was a kumihimo bracelet with beads (challenge set by Suzanne)


Whilst I struggled early on, it worked out really well I think :)

Stitches and Craft Fair

Well I had  lovely day at the stitches and craft fair - and a wonderful but busy class - and everyone completed their beautiful kelidoscope bracelet in the class :) Lots of happy faces - most had never beaded before .......so hopefully I have made some addicts there :)

I bought a few odd bits and pieces, but also the most beautiful strand of marquise garnet which I am sharing with my friend Lavinia :)
