Once again I did the polymer clay course with Melanie Dilday – who is a wonderful teacher and artist, allowing me to further hone my skills
Here are the items I made – enjoy!!

I made this for a new dress I bought which is a beautiful shade of pale pistachio( like the ice cream).
I had made each rose with Polymer clay and to make them really opalescent , brushed them with mica powders. I love this necklace and need to make another I think!! -oh and there are earrings and a ring to match (somewhere)
I went down the Coast in hope of catching some sun, but alas, the rains came instead, which gave me plenty of time for beading - here is the snowflake bracelet I made to wear on Christmas Day :)
Made of swarovski crystals, 11/0 seed beads. As always much more sparkly in real life :)
Now listed :- Beaded Bauble Necklace Tutorial
Divine Long beaded bead pendant/necklace using Swarovski and Czech crystals. Perfect to wear with those long maxi dresses! Or make it and hang it on the Christmas tree!!
Suitable for intermediate beaders, this necklace uses the technique of Right Angle Weave and some modified netting.
It makes up pretty quickly and is guaranteed to attract attention.
Now available in my etsy store - Beaded Bauble Necklace Tutorial
Finished this one over the weekend in readiness for the class on Wednesday night and Saturday this week.
Every color I make of these just looks beautiful! so hard to photograph to show all the sparkles though!
Tutorial available on line next week :) if you can;'t make it to the class....
LOL I 've been picked again. Another great collection of jewelry Tutorials - Mine is the puffy heart - I must try taking another photo of some of the other colors I have made, it is so hard to show the sparkle of the Swarovski s.
Anyhow, make sure you pop over to the treasury and have a look :)

Ok - so a bit longer than a weekend....
I went away for a few day with some of my beading friends and we decided to try lots of new techniques, metal stamping, etching and resin. (oh and a bit of wirework...)
All were very successful and we all netted some interesting and unique pieces.
These are mine :)
